    The oil I recommend is genuine Manitou oil "special wet brake lubricant" there are other oil brands that claim to do the job but they don't always work!

    May have been limited slip diff in front axle or brakes? An oil change using genuine Manitou axle oil will normally cure that. Oil in hubs isn't to critical normal EP80-90 is fine from any brand.

    Have a feeling these have a bosch pump with a boost diaphragm on the top.

    If so care needs to be taken when replacing as its easy to put them back in wrong then loose all the boost.

    Should be fine if doing all 4. I think 405 is a factory fit option anyway.

    Change the mud gaurds and you could fit 24" tyres and rims if you want.

    Most relays are in the fuse board but there are a few extras by the brake fluid pot. plus there is a rectangular electric thing with a buzzer in it, that is the transmission control unit.

    Yes I'm sure they pre wired like most manitous are. Look by the rear wing main loom plug to rear light unit. The one you disconnect to remove rear wings. You should find a spare 2 pin plug around...
