    If you want to cut cost, use 22mm polypipe, lagged & thread it through 4" ducting.
    our Biomass has expensive Rehau pipe to the houses & as an afterthought we piped to our dairy using the cheap...

    Are you unvented ? at 85 you may lose water out of the system boiled off
