Re: Case jxu105 loss of drive and pto

It does still sound like the seat switch or the wires to it are at fault, although it could be the damper plate on the flywheel has failed.Hydraulics would still be working as the pump is engine...

Re: A bit more help please ? MF 135

John, assuming the light to be the same as in my 6270, turn it anti-clockwise to the fully off position and then with a bit of pressure turn it some more and the lens will come off.

Re: A bit more help please ? MF 135

It seems it's a simple enough job to replace the front seal in the pump. An old thread on it here.(4 cyl Perkins but the same set up)....

Re: A bit more help please ? MF 135

Any pumps I've removed have came away very easily. I've never looked at replacing the seal in a DPA pump I'm afraid. I'd guess it would be better left to the experts...

Re: A bit more help please ? MF 135

Take a note of the pump position in relation to the slotted holes where it's held on to the back of the timing case. They are usually in the middle anyway.Take the 3 bolts at the front off the gear...

Re: A bit more help please ? MF 135

You mean a Perkins AD3.152 in there zaza. Unless someones changed it to a 35 engine of course!
It would have to be the internal seal on the end of the pump that's leaking. Just remove everything as...

    Re: IH 674 problems

I'd suggest the priority valve in the mcv is stuck. If you look below the hyd filter but on the very bottom of the mcv block, there are 2 large plugs screwed up into the block. The one to the front...

  15. Re: 3 cylinder diesel ford engine in Sanderson Fork Lift

Best take it off and get it serviced. Probably the metering valve is stuck although the regulating valve piston in the end you had off may be stuck as well. If you are confident enough, you could go...

    Re: International 574

You say 574 in your first post and 475 in the second! If it's a 574,it should have a D239 engine.(D329 doesn't exist I think).
If the engine hours are true,it hasn't done much in 30 years! Check the...

It'll be for float. It's the same on my MF 6270. Means you don't have to keep your hand on the lever when lowering a tipped trailer.

Re: Massey Ferguson 35 Fuel Injection Pump Issue

But if it started and ran good on the borrowed pump it would still suggest that the new pump is the problem. It may be the correct fitting pump for a FE 35 but it mustn't be set up right internally....

Re: Oil seal on a teagle topper.

Looks like it's time for a hydraulic puller or maybe the blue flame. On any toppers I've been at,that bit usually falls off the splines when the bottom nut is removed.

Re: MF 5455 gearbox splitter gear problem

Come to think of it(which I clearly didn't earlier),there would have to be a solenoid to make the change, wouldn't there! That switch above is likely just to change the H and L on the dash.Will...
