    There's a grease nipple on each end of the prop shaft for the CV's under the plastic covers 500Hr interval.

    Bear in mind a Welger's chamber is 1230mm wide where as others are generally 1200mm... try wider net.

    Also foam tube should bow down a bit in the middle.

    Adjust net brake, a bit tighter.

    Check foam speader sleave that net has not cut grooves in it near the outsides.

    The Front diff locking is done with a hydraulicly actuated clutch pack,works in conjuntion with the rear one when you engage with the button.

    The number on the bolster starts B50000 - does this mean it's a 1985?

    Why I believe the tachs reading wrong is the original was going when I got it, I set idle to 750 and F/T was reading 2500...

    So split it apart a while ago, would say clutch plate boss sticking on the worn / unworn part of the input shaft was the problem, the boss was 4mm wider than the one that came out.

    Thanks for the replies.
    It is still fitted with the original size 11" clutch. I was meaning later models not necessarily CX.
    Fairly sure we've got enough throw out. The lever was lengthened years...
