    To the OP I would say does it start easily and does it burn any significant oil?
    If yes and no then why touch the engine? You could check to see that it running at the correct temperature when warm...

    Yes the Doncaster built tractors are all in one from the gearbox through to the rear including the oil immersed brakes. All the hydraulics share that oil as well. The dip stick will be on the left...
