    Limousin cows outwinter well for me as do the saler cows. Most have no more shelter than what a barbed wire fence offers though they're well fed.

    I quite happily house sheep on cattle slats pre clipping or after weaning and have had no problems with it. Ewes only though.

    Not sure of the specifics but the product is most likely 5th quarter stuff which we wouldn't eat and at a price we wouldn't like to be taking for the rest of the carcase.
