    Re: Boris

There always was pressure to vote along the party line, especially when the majority was slim to non-existent - and the vote was seen as crucially important.
Most voters vote on party lines rightly...

I suspect like Trump these conveniently timed allegations only make him more popular as it's obvious what's going on.
How long ago was he Mayor anyway, they just happened to notice this :D

    Re: Boris

And yet at the previous hearing the judges all found in his favour, of course they did invent new laws to stitch him up in the meantime.
    It's awful when that happens.

I don't recall much fuss when snarling McDonnell suggested lynching a female Tory MP

    Re: York potash project

There is a lot of activity round the main site and the (halfway along) tunnel construction shaft.
But still just glorified holes, I'm about 50/50 on at least temporary stop on activity.

Someone said the photo looked 'too good' for the period but good film cameras were around and maybe that explains the smart(ish) clothes because it was a set up family portrait taken by a...

They do all look a bit too clean especially if they'd been riding on that bagger Massey Harris long enough to be ready for a break.

    Re: Mcconnel bale packer

It looks way too complicated to keep set up just right with everything getting worn and less than perfect bales you would be jumping off to manually correct bales every five minutes.

  9. Re: Ploughed Land, Growing Weeds - Will Power Harrow Eradicate Weeds Before Seeding?

If the seeding is done with a direct drill style machine it can work quite well to (ballast) roll it before sowing, and preferably again afterwards.

I suppose you could use other chemicals at least for thistles, but glypho is relatively cheap and works on almost all your problem tall weeds

Swallow numbers look more healthy after what looked like just two pairs arriving initially.
Two broods have flown of four and three youngsters.
    They might manage another yet.

Lapwing numbers seem to have crashed here, which seems odd as there are more Curlews than ever, and we have a new population of Oystercatchers despite being about 12 miles inland.
    Having said that...

The past 18 months have been decidedly dry and when it has rained the timing has been such that it seems to have struggled to recharge deeper sources.

Can't fault NatWest with account charge usually under 10/month and often only 5.
Since all their branches are now about 200 miles away the odd cheque still received can go in at the PO.

That wouldn't happen in a real GE, it's obvious they have only done well in the recent EU poll due to tactical voting to try to thwart BXP, same applies to the greens.

If you have jump leads try one from negative terminal to a bright part of frame.
Poor earth is a common issue and can 'vary' inexplicably when a corroded connection gets damp or vibrates.

Re: 13 pin to 7 pin trailer light adapters
