    It does not need a separate cooler, you have a fault on the machine. another cooler wont fix that. or you are simply using too high a gear for the task in hand.

    Clean the radiator out and test the clutch pack pressures, if clutches are low and slipping that will overheat the oil although you should be getting poor drive IMO.

    Transmission pressure switch is screwed in to forward clutch pack, its either a duff switch possibly leaking externally too, or your low on clutch pack pressure either from worn seals or worn pump or...

    Morris XEP90 oil is not the correct oil, you need Morris Terrain LS90. its a heavier duty commercial grade oil were as xep90 is more automotive grade LS90.
