Look closer there is a big circlip behind the yokes, but i did get it wrong slightly its actually an internal circlip not a external one.
Make sure to check the liner standing height and shim as required or you will be blowing head gasket and doing it all again

It does not need a separate cooler, you have a fault on the machine. another cooler wont fix that. or you are simply using too high a gear for the task in hand.
Clean the radiator out and test the clutch pack pressures, if clutches are low and slipping that will overheat the oil although you should be getting poor drive IMO.
Your problem is the brake piston seals in one or both axles. Very common there a newer style seal now much better.
