    Jack, the reason you are having trouble finding WTO tariffs is the WTO doesn't charge tariffs.

    if you mean World Trade Organization (WTO) they do not import or export duties or tarrifs on trade between countries - the "duties" Jack mentions would be a combination of EU / British import duties...
