Acceptable lease for solar park ?

What is the normal rent paid for land leased for a solar park ? Just started contacting companies ? What pitfalls should I look out for ? Can anyone recommend any good companies ?

    Cheers

I think you will be lucky to get over the 1000 mark
i have no interest in such schemes due to the very poor returns they generate. I understand that there are several large schemes with planning approval, where the prospective power generators are rethinking

insist in the lease that if the generator goes bust the panels return to the landlord
At the end of the lease either they clear the site or you inherit the panels , which would be my preferred option as they will still be producing a very large amount of electricity.
    lease max of 25 years
rent to be inflation adjusted each year
