6 inch valve to rainwater harvest

We have a water bowser that goes on a hooklift trailer. I want to park it next to a 6 inch downpipe to harvest water and need some sort ot a valve/tap to put in the downpipe with a tee above it. So turn the tap and the water fills above the tap and flows out the tee down a flexi pipe into bowser! Trying to find anything sensible or good money is a challenge. If it came to it we could move location and do it off a 4 inch down pipe. Anybody got any bright suggestions ?Thanks.

Derky, why not go for a 6" flexy pipe on a rope pulley to bend it up at the end when not filling the bowser, diverting the water out of the side of the T piece?

How about the cheap option and stick this in the end you dont want the water to come out of?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Valterra-S...-/380575423848 more than good enough for what you need, don't know if you can get a 150mm but you would be able to reduce your 150mm down to 110mm below your tee and probably still have change from 100.
