    Grain cleaner/dresser

Does anyone know of a small grain cleaner/dresser for cleaning grain for seed?. It would only need to do about 40 tonnes so quality output is more important than high output. Thanks

    Re: Grain cleaner/dresser

I have a gravity dresser and have used for seed once or twice but was always under the impression it didn't do quite a good enough job. But then based on the low TGW stuff I bought for last year I've been rethinking.

Presuming there is no disease on the grain is it may be worth doing this approach again and thought if I bought one of these

Then presuming I can get it to a TGW that is ok.

What will I be doing less satisfactorily than a proper cleaning outfit? (Apart from dressing)

    Where are you?

I know some one who has just taken one out and put in a bigger rotary. He was taking of scrapping it, but seemed to be in perfectly good condition.

Got a Barclay Ross & Hutchinson one here available. Old but in good order, output up to 15 tonnes/hour although for the best job probably not much over 5 tonnes/hour. Also got a de awner for the same machine. loads of screens as well.
