clean out ,dust with lime , good layer of straw to start,

in a bad year , (joint ill etc ) even skim / grade some new fine recycled stone over the floor between first lambers and later ones after cleaning out between of course

Most disinfectants are deactivated by organic matter.

Your best bet is to clean it out as best you can and leave it empty to dry out, them apply lime liberally to the walls and floor.

Fresh straw on top and bobs your uncle.

FAM works in the presence of organic matter - but more in amounts like dirt on wellies than tons of earth

Wouldn't worry too much about disinfecting shed before they come in. Plenty of clean straw, spray marvels with strong g iodine as soon as and then an hour later and again when dry, some scour halt and plenty of colostrum is what fights infections.

Make sure every lamb has enough colostrum, there is a lot of ecoli in muck ready to infect lambs they need the antibodies to protect themselves.
Do the navels with iodine twice if you can. Kick anything out with footrot.
