    Starfire 2 or new reciever?

Have Starfire 1 on a JD 6930 and want to drill more accurately as we are dropping from 4m to 3m drill width, so looking to upgrade, but what would be better value for money and which would guarantee pass to pass accuracy? Upgrading to Starfire 2 or upgrading the receiver to a 3000?

SF2 but you may need the 3000 head to do it.

    Is your iTC sf2ready
if it's transfer it to a sf3000 and trade up to a sf 3000

We have a lot of guys drilling on sf1 and it works fine may have to shift track a little more

some say sf1 on a new 3000 is as good as sf2 on a old iTC

just finished beet driling on sf1 and sf3000 with good results. A few shifts required now and again after breaks, but quite acceptable track to track accuracy in work.
