    Today I Have Mostly Been...

...wondering why the Case 580 is so much cheaper than the equivalent age and size Fermec.

I have my theories, but probably can't air them here.

It's a rhetorical question by the way, I know the answer but it is what's generally known as an opening conversational gambit designed to stimulate the growth and development of a new thread.

TIHMB thinking how much damage can I do
I have a major water leak 10 yards of a track into a rape crop, I don't know where the stop tap is & what's the chances of cutting off the supply to the nearby house, on a Saturday afternoon & no parts available 'til Monday

Best fly past and check that Transit driving Caravan dwellers aren't being helpful, not that anyone knows you have a load of steel .

I am mourning the death of my Skoda Pick up had to take it to the scrap yard yesterday, I have no idea what to replace it with,a push bike possibly given the price of beef at the moment .
Insanity is doing the same thing, over and over again, but expecting different results.

TIHBM smiling benevolently at the sunshine on my (near enough ready) small hay field.
Then grimacing a bit at my ewes still in full fleece in the sunshine because the guy who agreed to shear them still hasn't turned up.

TIHMB (well yesterday really) sitting on my tractor with the haybob behind also making a lovely bit of hay,and thinking what a wonderful piece of 30 yr old machinery it is, and wondering why some people are so agin' them ?

    Hi everyone I'm back.

Nothing wrong with a haybob for smallish areas and with a reasonably intelligent operator. Behind a big tractor driven by a Baboon, they can make a bit of a mess.

TIHMB counting my blessings. Being full of cold I have lost my sense of smell so that the heap of dirty clothes left out in the porch could not be smelt as they were stuffed in the washing machine. Dirty water from a compost factory is not pleasant and lingers. The hay that is down is making nicely and should get baled tomorrow and if the forecast is to be believed it will not have any rain on it Now wondering if I dare push my luck and drop another 5 acres for small bales.

Somebody asked if this forum was dying the other day.

I am just wondering if all this is delirium shortly before the final moment,

TIWMB wondering why on earth I didn't get rid of my haybob many, many, years ago. Any more than 3 acres and it's the tool of the devil.

No need to worry about me, I've always been like this.
As I think Kurt Cobain said ' just because you're not paranoid, don't mean their not after you' However he may have said something altogether different.

TIHMB taking part in the town carnival parade in the big red truck. Well actually the much smaller red truck in comparison to a couple of the floats, but at least we didn't get jammed half way round like one of the artics did...

Good move. Well behaved gliders are a delight to fly, but I don't fancy a suicidal one.

Do you need any advice on how to deal with it or is that just for informational purposes?
