    Question font size

Bit of help needed here please . This forum postings have gone to quite small font size . There is a slider in the bottom right hand corner of the screen which will increase the size , but as soon as I change from one thread to the next it reverts to small again . Any ideas about making it stay larger would be welcome . Using "Opera " browser and W8 OS .

Never used Opera or W8, but usually tapping "Ctrl" and "+" together will increase font size, for all pages.
"Ctrl" and "-" will decrease font size.

Yes , that works too , but also doesn't survive switching off and back on . Still defaults to v. small font size . I think there must be a setting to alter the default , but I can't find it !.

I'm sure these instructions will be "generally" the same for most OS ... or there abouts/something similar!

Right-click over an empty part of your desktop.
    Choose "Properties"
    Choose "Appearance" tab

Choose a 'font size' larger than that set
    & click "Apply"

    Has that worked?

Well, it's not quite the same setup as you indicate , but similar. It's made EVERYTHING 50 % bigger though , icons - the lot ! There really wasn't a box to simply increase font size , So I'll see how I go as things are , and if I can't cope with the big size of everything , I can always go back to where I was originally and nothing lost . Thanks anyway all of you .

Which email programme do you use?

An alternative is to copy the text of the email into 'Word' & then print it?
