I use Firefox as my browser and have as an add-on "British English Dictionary" - as you type any miss-spells come up underlined in red. Very easy!

I think all browsers have spellchecking available as either standard or as a free plug-in. Internet Explorer has Ispell which needs an icon to be pressed after typing while Firefox and Chrome and Safari underline and either self-correct or you can right click on the red-undellined word to bring up suggestions. If Safari hasn't got a suggestion or gives a wrong one, then it has the option of searching the mis-spelt word with Google, which has never failed me yet.

Better add me to the dictionary then!

Another nice add-on is Clippings 3.2 It fits on the toolbar, any selected text can be saved to the clippings folder/file where you can retrieve it & paste it back into where ever you have right-clicked

Use if for lots of things, form filling especially- have a range of addresses & details I use a lot, saves loads of time just being able to paste them in.

Add-ons are part of the reason I prefer Firefox over IE.

    Do not use IE.

Firefox, chrome, good. The others like IE and Safari are potential security risks.
