.steering sensors on a Sanderson TL6

A mate has bought an old TL6. Not a bad old bus,
has a bit of a problem with the 4ws, as he has no manual does any one know where the steering sensors are located??
They ain't I the same place as our JCB ??
Some one has removed the "gauge " onthe dash with the light sensor on it,,,

    any help appreciated.

They are strapped to the body of the rams they are very expensive new. I might have one off a Manitou that used same axle if he wants one cant remember if its still on the shelf or if it got sold?

They work by sensing when the piston in the cylinder is in the middle of the ram.

Is it really worth spending money on an old machine for that type of thing? Could you not just align in the old Sanderson method? Look out of the cab, in 4 wheel straighten the rears then switch to front only steer and straighten the fronts. Apologies if that is stating the obvious.
