a right biatch to fit and get lined up properly , three of us at it for ages but we got it there in the end .
so we were getting the inner surround lined up and getting ready to cut the draught proofing rubber sheet to seal the front of her up a bit ,

so that's it for tonight , windscreen in tomorrow and button up a few loose ends , shes really starting to look like a tractor now .
They made a lot of those duncan cabs, don't really fancy spending a day in one bumping across a field. On the other hand it'd be better spending a day bumping across a field out in the elements.![]()
"At the end of the day, I think it's going to get very dark."
sooooo......... we are nearly nearly nearly there .....
got the last few bits onto the windscreen , the owner managed to source some screw clamps for the inside of the windscreen and i got two plastic screws from the side of an old CB that i had lying in the house and these worked perfect in the sliders that hold the windscreen open ( the old ones were knackered and broke off during cleaning ) .

the owner got some clever single sided " draught strip " from somewhere and i worked perfect for the inside of the windscreen frame where it closes against the cab , i didn't get any close up shots yet but she is fitted in now and opening and closing perfect .

the brother cut out some of the rubber sheet that we had and molded it as best he could to all the contours each side of the lower part of the cab , should help to ease up on some of the draughts getting in .

and then it was time to get some of the badges and stickers on .

Well done. Personally I think it looks a bit wrong with it being yellow instead of red but I also like things that stand out as being different from the crowd so well done on a job well done.
here is a sneak peak of our next project ( maybe )
bin lying in a shed since 03' , one owner from new !!!!!!!

brought her home and had her running and driving after about 20 mins no joke !!!
and would you believe there is brakes on it , couldn't believe it as the first thing that always goes on the zetors is the brakes ,
anyway this how she looked after we got her home .

gave her the obligatory soak in jizer and a good wash and she came up very well ,
bit tatty at the front but the rest is very original ,
it has had a new set of boots at some stage but they are getting a bit perished from lying up ,
lift , brakes , clutch , gearbox , engine all spot on ,
i was amazed at the original tin work including the rear window frame which would have been an extra when new ,
it will make a very nice easy restoration , the thing is weather we decide to keep it or not !!!!!
