Manitou MT1637 3rd boom extend problems

Hi. Have a Manitou MT1637 SLR non turbo 2002 and we are having an issue with the 3rd boom. It will not extend. Can anyone advise/help please? Also does anyone know where we can get a workshop manual for same model?
    Thanks in advance.

The 3rd or final boom section will only work once the first and second sections are out. once the first and second are out you then work the 3rd final section on a different lever (assuming you have standard mechanical controls not a Joystick version)

There are several safety pressure switches limiting the use of the 3rd boom section, some on the first and second boom sections as said above and then I think on the jack legs? think jack legs have to be fully down?

I have a paper manual for one in English its about 4" thick! (100mm) Been a while since I worked on one.
