Hi Everyone,
I've just bought a 1969 Massey Ferguson 135, straight axle, square arches (pictures to come). I want to restore it to useable and tidy condition, not pristine but very tidy. It been sat outside for 10 years without being started or moved. This is where I need help, should I go all out and rebuild the engine fully or should I give her a decent service and give her a go? The previous owner said it ran very well when it was put away but that was a long time ago. I don't know how good this Perkins engines are but I've heard they are bomb proof. Any advice would be much appreciated.![]()
