Been out ploughing for spring OSR, going really well, is it too early ? (seed not arrived anyway)

Usually this is far too early, and you need shedloads of pyrethroids to keep the flea beetles off while the crop doesn't grow, but with this Mediterranean March we're supposed to be getting, perhaps not.

I agree wait a while, need soil warmth and moisture so it gets away very quickly. Not before mid March usually and probably best in by mid April. You can usually get seed treated either with Chinook or Cruiser as Modesto not cleared for the spring. So if you think you will have a big flea beetle problem it may be best to use Cruiser if not then just Chinook will do.
