Non technical skills in farming - results of study

Some of you may remember me recruiting participants for a research study last year - that study has now been accepted for publication :-)
I thought those who took part, and everyone else, might be interested in an overview of the results. I have attached a short leaflet I have put together which summarises that study, and one I conducted in 2015.
Let me know if you would like any further details.

I will also be posting a separate thread advertising my new research study - hopefully some of you will be willing to take part in that as well!

Thanks again for all your help.

Ha! I like the section on Time Management:

    Time management

Managing your time in order to get everything done without rushing.

I think a better heading would be something like "Priority Management".

Any farmer knows you can never get everything done

Interesting point thanks! You are right that prioritising was mentioned often. I hope to run some focus groups at some point to ensure the language used to describe each skill is appropriate :-) Happy to receive any and all feedback in the interim.
