    C&F Customers' Group

The dedicated C&F Customers group is now up and running. Have a look at http://groupspaces.com/CFCustomers/

We have started putting up monthly turbine production stats too. Have a look at the tab at the top right.

The more people that join the more useful the information in the statistics, and the forum, will be.

If you expand the monthly data box for the turbines it says stuff like "off 6 days, limited to 6Kw for 10 days". Is this technical probs on new turbines or just normal and expected shutdowns due to weather conditions at any particular site?

I think that there are various reasons for the down time. Iain whose turbine it is has had various probs with the actual machine but also Orange was working with their tower which knocked him out (C&F now have a programme that allows turbines to continue working when comms is down) and there were Hydro Board issues too.

Iain can't get onto this site as his application hasn't been verified so I suggest you join the new group and then ask him on that forum.
