    Silage price

Newbie land owner here. I have several acres of good quality grazing that I am not currently using. A local farmer has asked if he can take silage off it now and hay later. I'm happy for him to do this but don't know how much I should ask him to pay for either crop. I'm in the Midlands (Northants/Warwickshire border). Any suggestions? T.I.A.

If you have a local ish auctioneer speak to their ag department, they give you a rough idea of what it is worth, or should be able to at least
