Hurlimann XT 909 2002 Putting water into oil coming out through breather Pipe

Hi I have Hurlimann XT909 Tractor 2002 Same Engine with water getting into oil which comes out through breather pipe.

It appears to be steam coming out through the breather pipe mixed with oil.

Any Ideas of what could be wrong ?

Cylinderhead gasket? but if its got wet liners then there could be the chance of bottom seals/orings on the liner/block or corrosion of the liner allowing coolant into the sump - common trait used to be silt/sludge buildup around the liners where it would settle on the bottom of the block and then eat into the liner- taking the sump off and while pressurising the coolant system look for drops of water coming thru the liner wall
