    good luck to anyone offering 6.38 an hour here ( Canadian minimum wage )
    I know many organic farms rely on Woofers ( check them out ) only get board and lodging, but hey ho it is a good thing to do

    When you pay "Minimum" you get "Minimum" - and when it is seasonal work, it is hard to get experienced employees to return the next year.

    A friend who runs a motorcycle repair shop pays $2 more than any of the other local shops - he figures if he pays more he can get the best mechanics and demand more from the mechanics
