    Silage Cutting Licence / Contract

    Hi everyone,
I co-own a few acres of land in Singleton lancashire.
We are wanting to engage a local farmer to cut grass twice yearly.
We are only wanting a 1 lease in return for cutting the grass and keeping an eye on the boundaries etc.

Does any know of or have a template for a contract / licence to use with the farmer to cut the grass ?

    Many thanks Jai

you want a grazing license really as usually covers spring to autumn doesn't matter that you only want cutting.
Other option is a 364 day but first should be better
Contact the NFU office at Clitheroe as I am pretty sure they will be able to supply a template document for you

    I did chuckle too!

Never mind. There is BFF on Facebook which has a huge following and is very successful, that is if Facebook is your thing of course.

I find that unless you have these high volume sites logged in all the time, its difficult to keep up especially if your at work- and now they have forced a new, more complex and slower loading interface, lifes too short for all that crap, hence the strapline I've had below since I was forced to subscribe to Farcebook, sorry, Facebook
The best thing about Facebook is the logout button......
