    Does it look anything like this? With the large "tubular" frame. If it is, then its one of the range sold by IH GB for the 55HP B-450 tractors.

    Does Cyrus know what the BF200 refers to?

    ]No sorry wizzo nothing like that at all no tubular frame at all I am reliably informed that the bf200 was ih first foray into hydraulic lift ploughs and they used up the framework left over from the trailing plough era , it is adjustable for 10, 11, and 12" furrow will try and post a pic thank you for taking the time to reply to me

    OK - I've seen a few of these ploughs over the years. Yes - as you say IH GB used the frames off the trailed ploughs and added a headstock. I section "cast" beams and a spoked depth wheel? Probably the early 1950's for use with the BM & BMD tractors.

    Have you tried Stuart Gibbard who deals in old brochures & books

    There's a thread here about putting them on a free hosting site for now, the forum's own hosting facility is off for the moment with a technical problem.

    Only just seen this !! I do not recognise the BF designation ??? but The B200 was a manure spreader sold 1961 to 1970, manufactured for IH by Rubery Owen Industries. It is highly inlikely that IHGB would have 2 machines with the same model designation !!!

    Hi Cyrush I was aware of the manure spreader as the b200 but I also know the plough was a bf200 because I had one many years ago and also had the manual to match but got rid of it when I sold the plough, isn't hindsight a great thing !!!!!!!

    Putting on my anorak and trying to remember stuff from my youth - I am pretty sure that these were colours of trailed IH ploughs :-

    Frame = very dark blue
    Wheels = yellow
    Bodies = red
