I can never understand why John Deere never put a green panel over those awful fuel tanks. Totally spoils the look of the whole machine. Any ideas why??

And while they're at it could they make some mudguards for the back as the ones on the rt are crap, every time you go down the road it plasters the back and side windows and covers the lights.

I keep the speed down so I'm not throwing muck up over the windows , but mud guards on wheeled tractors don't do much really , I was muck cart last week in our 7530 and the front windscreen was coverd and the back was coverd in mucky spray but I think my 9 with the tracks out as wide as they are keep the muck away from the cab more so than the narrower 8 series rt

I hate them 7s there a night mare to get round to clean them and your right no room to bolt anything to them , it's good they have put the side steps on the right had side although I did nearly take the top off one of my thumbs on them , but you have to be flexible to swing from the steps around the exhaust and the side lights to clean the windscreen without falling off then the air intake is in the way on the door side , arhhh

An extending brush for washing caravans is just the ticket for cleaning cab windows especially the combine. Makes a quick job, so it's more likely to get done!
