The British Farming Forum is purely for discussion of topics directly relating to agriculture. Any topics or post discussing anything the Moderators and Administrators of this forum deem to be unconnected, or sufficiently unconnected, with agriculture will not be permitted.

No public discussion about the policy of Administration of the forum by the Moderators and Administrators will be permitted. Any discussion should be kept to Private Messages or Email.

You agree, through your use of the British Farming Forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.

Do not post other peoples contact details (including their name, telephone numbers, email address and postal address). Do not post letters or emails (or forwarded emails) you've received; these are not in the public domain unless the sender specifically indicates they are. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to the British Farming Forum.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on the British Farming Forum. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not the views of the British Farming Forum or it's owners. The copyright of all posts remains with the person who posted the message. This site is designed for the exchange of information. It is not intended to provide a platform to trash one manufacturer over another.

We reserve the right to remove objectionable content, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well. You (the user) remain solely responsible for the content of your messages and profile information, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum, and its owners.

It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed. Any user may be banned, or removed, from the British Farming Forum at any time and entirely at the discretion of the staff without reason or notice. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the British Farming Forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

We at the British Farming Forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint, solicitations or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

High Maintenance Clause
Any member who occupies an excessive amount of Administrator or Moderator time may be removed from the British Farming Forum entirely at the discretion of a Moderator or Administrator.

Enabling Rule
For any issue that arise that is not addressed within these rules, a solution may be decided upon by the British Farming Forum staff. This solution will carry the same weight as if it were a written rule and the full range of penalties can apply if it is disregarded.

The British Farming Forum staff reserve the right to enforce the rules stated above with discretion, and to amend the rules as needed at any time without notice.
