    I had one stop working on a 3090 once think it was something to do with the earth the oil pressure light stopped working at the same time can't quite remember how I cured it was a few years ago.

    Very good mower im on my second had a 3028 for about ten years did have to put a set of new skids on when the originals wore through still a good mower when I swapped it for a 3132 mt

    If your baling short straw behind a rotary combine you'll spend most of your time on top trying to poke the chaff out to get the net to run.

    I know someone who did a 5465 teir2 which is the same engine he got a tuning box from chip express and he's very happy with it .

    I always liked the 6100 series more than the 6200 everything was just in the right place just lacking proper power shuttle but the dynashift was a lot better on a separate switch

    My 2005 7480 idles at about 750-800 near enough the same engine just a bit more power.

    Are the hydraulics working ok , we had similar problem with a 6290 when bale wrapping turned out to be the hydraulic pump on its way out couldn't keep enough pressure when the oil got hot.

    I know of a man who's imported and feeding several hundred polish cows ,keeps them long enough to get them farm assured then off to slaughter ,must be knocking the bottom end of the market .

    I had similar with an oil seal for a Massey, Agco price 80 Internet price 12 told dealer and they said it wouldnt be a genuine part and wouldn't be as good, but it was manufactured by the same...

    If you tried putting string round some of the chaffy straw I bale behind some rotary combines you wouldn't be able to cart them.

    I don't take to much notice of the figures they give for required horsepower,it all depends on how wet or dry silage is or if you are on flat ground or hills, how do they arrive at the figures.

    6480 don't have the diaphragm on the pump they have a Bosch vp electronic pump on them, have the injectors ever been serviced?
