    gearbox warm
hold in the red button to put gearbox into neutral
    engine up to 1500 rpm
then lift and hold the shuttle forward and at the same time hold down the diff lock button ( or it could be the 4wd ??)
after a few seconds the forward revers lights start to flash to show its calabrating .
let go of the shuttle in the forward position and the diff lock and let it do its stuff until the N starts flashing along with the arrows

    the forward /rev shuttle lever

put it into the forward position but keep your hand under it till the calibration starts then let it go . it should be in the forward position while its calibrating

if your english isnt that good that probably wont help

Same problem with my Claas Ares 557...
Must I start with pressing the clutch Pedal? Is it necessary to transmission out of neutral or in neutral. So N is shown in Display or not?

    I have found this:

    Procedure without Win Métadiag©.
Purpose: Owing to mechanical, hydraulic and electrical
differences, load pressure varies from one tractor to
another. This pressure requires to be measured and
    adjusted to ensure smooth engagement.
For calibration, the transmission oil temperature must be
    between 15 °C and 60 °C (the transmission oil
temperature will be automatically displayed at the start of
    the calibration procedure).
    – Position the tractor on a flat horizontal surface.
    – Start the tractor.
Change out of transmission neutral (see operating
    manual).
    – Lift the shuttle reverser paddle and press the 4-wheel
drive engagement button until you hear an audible beep.
The transmission oil temperature will appear on the
display. If it is less than 15 °C, it is possible to use the
    tractor and view the temperature.
(Can I release the shuttle reverser paddle or must I wait until it flashes "N" and than switch to forward?)
    – Set the engine speed to 1 500 rpm
    – The shuttle reverser forward and reverse arrows will
flash and the reverser "N" will be displayed.
    – Return the reverser paddle to the forward position (to
supply the forward and reverse gear solenoid valves).
The tractor will remain at a standstill and calibration will
be performed if the temperature exceeds 15 °C.
Calibration is completed when a flashing shuttle reverser
    "N" appears on the display.
    – Bring the reverser to neutral.
    – Switch off the ignition, wait 30 seconds and turn the
ignition back on to validate calibration.
